This post is a superb opportunity for a level-headed, patient individual who wants to make a real difference to families who are going through extremely difficult times. The Support Workers are required to work as part of a team and to ensure a continuity of high standard of care. This post forms part of the strategy to meet the needs of family's with support, emotional and behavioural issues. The post holder will work closely with families in the Home and promote their well being as well as providing a safe and secure environment for the babies. Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure. Disclosure expense will be met by employer.
