Must possess similar supervisory experience ,leading a team & have knowledge of South African Wines and European Cheeses. You will be responsible for leading your team to ensure high standards of both product and service within this bustling environment.You will be required to ensure that the budget is adhered to and be responsible for the management, supervision and motivation of staff. You will be responsible for the training and developing your team. You will have full involvement in how your site is run and development of the business. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategies to increase sales and maximize profits
