This position is for a 6-9 month contract. Must have an economics degree (or equivalent), preferably up to post graduate level. Knowledge of and experience in regulatory and competition economics and regulation of network utilities is essential. Must have a track record of successfully advising on economic policy. The post holder will provide economic analysis and policy advice to a range of projects within postcomm including, cost transparency and accounting separation, the scope of the universal service, affordability of postal services and anti-competitive investigations.
