The successful candidate must hold an Cache Dimploma Level 3 or equivalent in a childcare-related subject. Previous experience is desirable but not essential, however applicants must have a sound understanding of the EYFS curriculum. The position will involve guiding and leading a staff team of two (one qualified, one apprentice) and caring for between 16-20 children on any one day. Staff are assigned their own key children but ultimately take joint responsibility for all children within the room. Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure. Disclosure expense will be met by employer.
