You will be working alongside the Managing Director to help improve, expand & innovate all areas of the business along with:Managing & developing your own pipeline in order to generate new & increased revenues, Developing, attending & completing tenders, Assisting with surveying & pricing contracts, Reviewing & generating new training, health & safety & risk assessment procedures. This is a very exciting opportunity & comes with a potential directorship within a short period depending on performance along with; Basic salary up to £30,000, OTE in excess of £50,000 on performance, Company car, Flexible hours. To be considered for the role you must have cleaning industry experience.
