You'll be a role model for the 'customer-led' attitude. The customer is everything to you, and you'll create a culture that's passionate about doing the right thing for them, so they leave your store happy and come back soon. You'll take every opportunity to provide information to customers, to help them select the best products and services with increased sales being the natural result. You'll keep up-to-date with all the various promotions within store, so that you can provide customers with relevant information. You'll share and celebrate your successes, and identify best practice across local stores, to ensure that outstanding customer care is always provided.
