Experience is essential and knowledge of Early Years Foundation State. Duties include deputising for the manager, to ensure a high standard of physical and emotional care for children placed in the nursery, to handle tasks which have been delegated by the manger, to provide support to other personnel in the day nursery and assisting the manager in the day to day running of the nursery.
