• Wage: £7.76 - £7.90 PER HOUR DEPENDING ON QUALIFICATION

Will be working in a residential care home for the frail and elderly, providing and promoting through high standards of a professional practice, a caring environment conductive to the physical, emotional, social and intellectual needs of the residents. Duties include administering medication, supporting residents during visits from GP's or nurses, feeding back to the senior team and updating records, and carrying out appropriate manual handling activities appropriate to the residents' needs and care plan. Will need NVQ Level 2 in care to qualify for the higher salary). The role may involve working some unsociable hours. Excellent written/verbal communication skills essential.
