Strongly committed to working for change, the successful candidate will have a postgraduate degree in law and experience of MEAs at the international level through participation in international negotiations or experience of analysing texts, developing proposals or drafting negotiating positions. Excellent analytical and research skills, a capacity to communicate effectively with different audiences, and an ability to negotiate and influence others will be essential. Experience of working in complex multicultural teams and partnerships is also required. Fundraising and project management experience will be an asset, as will admission to practice. The postholder will contribute to FIELD research, advocacy and legal work on various environment and sustainable development issues.
