Reporting to the Senior Press Officer your role will be to liaise with regional and UK based communications colleagues to generate profile and manage risk relating to several regions of the world. You will advise teams on UK media work, organise networking and briefing opportunities and drive proactive, quality coverage in target media, landing strong messages about the British Council s cultural relations work in this area. We expect you to be able to build strong relationships with internal colleagues and to develop a real understanding of the British Council's work and objectives in designated areas.
