The ideal candidate must have the following People Management Skills relevant experience working with Young adults, preferably have awareness of Functional skills foundation learning programmes. Knowledge and understanding of organisations such as Connexions, SFA YPLA. Ability to communicate at all levels. Ability to use own initiative. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Ability to work to deadlines. Ability to empathise with young adults and conduct ones self as a positive role model. 25k to 30k basic salary plus bonuses. Holiday entitlement 24 days.
