PLANNING MANAGER :: LONDON, W1T - WAGE: £35,000 PER ANNUM : 37 HOURS PER WEEK, MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 9.15AM-5.30PM - PERMANENT - CLOSING DATE: 31 JANUARY 2012 - EMPLOYER: STARCOM MEDIAVEST GROUP LTD - JOB POSTED ON: 6TH JANUARY 2012 :: Senior management experience in the UK market, experience of managing a large client team, line management experience, mentoring or coaching experience and good attention to detail are essential. Must be well organised, and be able to demonstrate prioritisation and delegation of tasks and be able to build strong client relationships. Duties include managing workload, act as main point of contact for client, formulating hypothesis on potential growth areas, foresee potential issues and offer solutions, develop brand strategy, lead meetings, PR the teams work, take autonomy of smaller brands, lead communications review, train and develop junior team members, create and hold inductions about client and our systems, hold 1-1 sessions with your direct report and identify improvement areas.
