PERSONNEL MANAGER :: LONDON, SW1X, WESTMINSTER - WAGE: £40,000 PER ANNUM : 45 HOURS PER WEEK, MONDAY TO SATURDAY, BETWEEN 9AM – 5.30PM – PERMANENT - CLOSING DATE: 01 FEBRUARY 2012 - EMPLOYER: CUBITT HOUSE LTD - Job posted on: 5th January 2012 :: We are seeking a Personnel Manager for The Orange Public House and Hotel. The successful candidate will use their expertise in HR Management to: Identify staffing needs. Complete recruitment; Develop and implement training programs and staff motivation projects; Monitor staff performance; Organise food hygiene, off site training etc; Ensure employees are aware of hotel policies; Manage and provide training on the Fourth Hospitality IT System. Successful candidates will have significant experience in a management role in the hospitality industry, in both front of house and back office; Experience in both hotel and restaurant environments, including experience in: A management level HR role; Using and training others in a relevant IT system. The incumbent will have strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing a great guest experience.
