We are in the process of opening a Charity shop on Acton High Street and are looking for a talented and experienced shop manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous retail expertise, customer service and a good eye for detail. You will need to be proactive in the initial set up of the shop, have experience in income & expenditure budgets and business plans, manage volunteers, effectively manage the sourcing, sorting, pricing and merchandising, have good communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly both orally and in writing.
