Although it will be a small team candidates will be required to answer up to 250 calls per day. Main job tasks and responsibilities are to professionally respond to customer inquiries handle and resolve customer complaints provide customers with product and service information identify and escalate priority issues route calls to appropriate resource knowledge of customer service principles and practices knowledge of call centre telephony and technology previous experience in an inbound call centre environment customer service experience.
