TEAM ADMINISTRATOR :: LONDON, SE15 - WAGE: £20,000-£25,000 DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE : 37.5 HOURS A WEEK, MONDAY - FRIDAY, 9AM-5.30PM - PERMANENT- EMPLOYER: RECRUITMENT SELECTION LTD - JOB POSTED ON: 30TH JANUARY 2012 :: Duties: You will liaising with the despatch team and creating delivery notes, contents list for consignment. Assisting production managers with obtaining material costs, purchase orders and orders. Provide estimates from outsourced suppliers for approval. Ensure purchase orders are raised for all sub contract work, including installations and communicating with suppliers. Must be computer literate with advanced knowledge of excel, with good all round administration skills.
