This is an exciting opportunity for a highly customer focussed property manager to manage properties on the high profile regeneration project they are undertaking at Woodberry Down in Hackney. Your job will be to plan, co-ordinate and deliver a customer focussed mixed tenure property management service covering estate and neighbourhood management. There will be budgets and contracts to manage and a strong emphasis on working with colleagues, stakeholders and customer groups to evaluate, develop and improve services. The ability to manage complex caseloads will be important and you should be a good negotiator who has worked in a performance management environment.
