PROGRAMME COORDINATOR :: LONDON, SW9 - WAGE: £15,000 TO £16,000 PER ANNUM : 37.5 HOURS OVER 5 DAYS - PERMANENT - CLOSING DATE: 19 FEBRUARY 2012 - JOB REFERENCE: LITC/PC-001 - EMPLOYER: LIONHEART - JOB POSTED ON: 26TH JANUARY 2012 :: The Programme Coordinator is responsible for liaising with local authorities to agree and generate referrals, ensuring that such referrals meet defined eligibility criteria and are passed on to our delivery teams. Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with a number of LAs and stakeholders, including managing contracts and coordinating supply chain-working in public sector contracts. A Programme Coordinator will identify, develop, maintain and systematically review strategic and operationally relevant referral relationships, ensuring that these relationships are embedded within operational delivery. Experience of engaging with stakeholders both internally and externally and across different organisations is a must Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure.
