Duties will be to develop and enhance the customer service of UMU through close liaison with all customers of UMU and developing all front of house employees to exceed their customers expectations. Be the first point of contact for any customer complaints enquiries Hold regular training sessions for all front of house staff with regards to service standards and customer care. Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with representatives of community, consumer, employee, and public interest groups. Meeting and greeting all customers to UMU. Maintain a visible presence within the restaurant and in particular in the bar area, talking and liaising with customers. Manage and co-ordinate all events and UMU Carry out any show rounds of the restaurant kitchen. This is a managerial role and therefore requires supervisory experience in a restaurant environment.
