CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT :: CROYDON, LONDON - WAGE: FROM £9,000 - £15,000 PER ANNUM DEPENDING ON SKILLS/EXP/AGE : 35 HOURS PER WEEK, MONDAY-FRIDAY 9AM-5PM - PERMANENT - EMPLOYER: RIGHTPATH CLAIMS - JOB POSTED ON: 25TH JANUARY 2012 :: Requirements: No experience is required as training is provided, however call centre experience is an advantage. GCSE's or equivalent in Maths and English 4 GCSE's or equivalent is preferable. Responsibilities: Answering incoming calls. Setting up new cases. Answering customer enquiries. Skills: A confident speaker. Good listening skills. Accurate and fastdata inputting. Good team player. Good time management skills. Person specification: Can do will do attitude. Ability to work under pressure. Willingness to assist customers. High degree of accuracy. This is a customer service role in a busy claims department. Situated in a large international business centre with plenty of free parking, including daily free shuttle runs to Croydon East Station.
