FACILITIES MANAGER :: LONDON, SE1 - WAGE: £17,000 - £20000 PER ANNUM : 20 HOURS MONDAY TO FRIDAY 10AM-2PM - PERMANENT - CLOSING DATE: 14 FEBRUARY 2012 - JOB REFERENCE: 593893 - EMPLOYER: FUSION PEOPLE - JOB POSTED ON: 21ST JANUARY 2012 :: Part-Time Facilities Manager urgently required for this site in SE-London. This role is covering 20 hours per week (10am - 2pm M-F).You will have a good all-round knowledge of running total Facilities Management contracts and have ideally worked for a Facilities Management / Building services contractor previously. You will need knowledge of running, M&E, pest, reception, waste & cleaning contracts ideally. This is a permanent role at 20 hours per week, some extra hours maybe an option but we are ideally looking for candidates that are specifically looking for part-time hours.
