PROPERTY SALES NEGOTIATOR :: LONDON, NW3, HAMPSTEAD - WAGE: £17,000 OTE 40,000 PER ANNUM : 40 HOURS PER WEEK, MONDAY TO SATURDAY, BETWEEN 9.30AM-6PM - PERMANENT - EMPLOYER: LEXINGTONS - JOB POSTED ON: 18TH JANUARY 2012 :: Dynamic Hampstead based Estate Agency requires a sales negotiator with previous experience. Applicants must have English and Maths GCSE or equivalent. Must be computer literate and able to use Word and Excel. Applicants must be smart and well presented. Must have previous experience of property sales, be good with property descriptions. Must hold a clean driving licence. Duties include taking on properties, going on valuations, meeting vendors, showing properties, negotiating sales, communicating with lawyers, seeing sales through from offer to completion. Ability to do floor plans and window displays together with knowledge of property software. OTE circa £40,000. Will be required to work alternate Saturdays.
