The company, lead by an Orthopaedic Surgeon functions as a Medico-legal Agency. The workload includes examining Orthopaedic patients, preparing reports and handling medical records. We are currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant for the Clinical Director to deal with the following duties non-exhaustive list: Manage the Directors diary, handle a busy telephone line, deal with all correspondence and more. Essential criteria: Extensive Board level PA experience preferably in the Medical or Legal sector not essential, advanced knowledge of MS Office 2007 packages, experience of using Databases, audio touch typing skills 60wpm, minute taking management experience will beneficial.
