This is your chance to take on a varied role within our communications team. We'll look to you to provide a media monitoring service while dealing with enquiries from print and broadcast and assisting with the organisation of press conferences, photocall and briefings for journalists. You'll also prepare copy for a range of council publications. The requirement A clear and confident communicator, you will have experience of a press office and understanding of media monitoring and evaluation. Fully conversant with media concepts and practices, you will have the ability to respond positively and flexibly in urgent situations.
