ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT :: LONDON, SW18, WANDSWORTH - WAGE: £17,000 PER ANNUM : 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9AM – 5.30PM – PERMANENT - CLOSING DATE: 20 JANUARY 2012 - EMPLOYER: FREETRICITY HOLDINGS PLC - JOB POSTED ON: 13TH JANUARY 2012 :: Provide administrative office support activities, answer, screen, transfer inbound phone calls, general clerical duties including to photocopy/ scan/mail/maintain electronic and hard copy filing, retrieve documents from filing, handle requests for information, resolve administrative problems and enquiries including written responses, prepare/ modify documents including, reports, drafts, memos and emails, schedule meetings, appointments and travel for managers, prepare agendas for meetings and take minutes. Education/experience- general computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of clerical/ admin procedures, systems such as filing and record keeping, knowledge of principles and practices. Key Competencies- communication skills - written and verbal, planning and organising and attention to detail.
