What we do: Brimstone Construction has been providing quality builds in the construction industry for the past 5 years. Main Duties.-Personal assistant to the director.-Typing and filing.-Producing Invoices for internal and external work and liaising with the. Finance Manager and the Directors Accountant.- Handling diary and updating schedule-Conducting research for the Director when required. Any other duties required from director. Office work:- Phone handling.-Maintenance of office equipment.-Receiving clients.-Keeping overall diary of staff movements. Essential:-Microsoft Office knowledge, Word & Excel.-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.-Team player, incorporate the ability of unsupervised work on self initiative.
