SALES AND LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR :: LONDON, SE24 - WAGE: NEGOTIABLE DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE : 42.5 HOURS PER WEEK, MON TO SAT, BETWEEN 9AM-6.30PM - PERMANENT - EMPLOYER: WINKWORTH ESTATE AGENCY - JOB POSTED ON: 4TH FEBRUARY 2012 :: We are looking for both an experienced and non experienced sales and lettings negotiator. You will be required to work at Winkworth Herne Hill office. The successful candidate will have experience of working within an estate agency environment, training will be provided for the non experienced post previous experience in the estate agency industry is preferable but not essential. Applicants must have excellent IT skills, be punctual, presentable, and be able to use their own initiative. The experienced negotiator must have previous sales and lettings experience which is essential, a full clean driving licence and local knowledge of the area advantageous but not essential. You will be required to work Monday to Friday and every other Saturday.
