Duties: Handle enquiries relating to penalty charge notice appeals, permit applications, complaints, general enquiries and service requests. Make decisions on penalty charge notice appeals. Process permit applications and suspensions. Ensure high standards of customer care. Assess complaints and member enquiries and resolve when possible. Collate and report management information. Receive and log payments, authorise the cancellation of penalty charge notices refunds of payments and clamp and removal cases. Help to handle mail, including sorting and distributing daily post and sending correspondence letters consultations, queries, complaints etc. Proactively suggest improvements to the service. You should have experience in a high volume customer service role. Parking experience preferred.
